The Challenge Fund is a competition organized by a2i Innovation Lab and related organizations to solve one or more national problems. a2i Innovation Lab and affiliated organizations identify problems and receive proposals from the participants. Participants can register and submit proposals through the http://challenge.gov.bd/ portal. Multiple challenge funds may be operated together and the same inventor may submit proposals for multiple challenge funds individually or as a representative of any company or organization.
After analysing the proposals in multiple steps, one of the most effective proposals for solving a problem is selected and the person or team associated with the proposal is declared as the winner.
Generally, the proposal for the challenge fund to be submitted as a representative of the organization is given greater priority.
Under the Challenge Fund maximum 2500000 BDT can be provided to solve a problem.
